Instructions :

  • Make ginger tea by boiling water and pouring hot water into a cup with the ginger;
  • Allow to steep 2-3 minutes;
  • Pour the water from the ginger tea through a strainer so that can remove the ginger and pure into a glass;
  • Squeeze juice from half lemon into the ginger tea;
  • Add a honey if you want;

Recipe 2. All you need is ½ lemon, 1/3 boiling water and ¼ cold water.

Instructions :
