Stir for a while and then add the chicken soup, the dried herbs and the chopped fresh thyme.After few minutes lower the heat, add the bread scraps and allow the soup to stew for 5-10 minutes until the bread becomes soft.Now put the soup in a blender or take a hand mixer and mix it until you get a creamy and consistent mixture.
